Restroom Cleaning

• Clean & disinfect all office toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, etc.
• Wipe all office partitions and high dust as needed
• Polish chrome, bright work and mirrors in your office
• Sweep & mop all office or other business style flooring
• Restock all restroom paper supplies, hand soap, etc. (from customers inventory)
• We focus on areas where dirt and germs are concentrated – places that people come in contact with frequently, like door handles and faucets.

Surface Janitorial Cleaning

• Sweep, dust mop, or vacuum office flooring followed by wet moping with eco-friendly cleaning solution.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas of offices and lobbies.
• We use commercial back pack equipment for better carpet cleaning, accessibility, and detail.

Office Trash Collection

• Empty all office or waste cans
• Replace liners as needed to keep your office clean.

Restroom Cleaning

•  Clean & disinfect all office toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, etc.

• Sweep & mop all office or other business style flooring
• Restock all restroom paper supplies, hand soap, etc. (from customers inventory)
• Waste paper and sanitary napkin containers will be emptied. Liners will be replaced.
• We focus on areas where dirt and germs are concentrated – places that people come in contact with frequently, like door handles and faucets.

Office Area and Kitchen Cleaning

• Empty all office or waste cans.
• Replace liners as needed to keep your office clean.
• Interior and exterior surfaces of all wastebaskets will be damp wiped as needed in order to     maintain in a presentable condition.
• Sweep, dust mop, or vacuum office flooring followed by wet moping with eco-friendly cleaning solution.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas of offices and lobbies.
• Wipe all office partitions using Micro-fiber towels and high dust as needed
• Fingerprints and smudges will be removed from desktops and conference room tables.
• Counter and tabletops are to be damp wiped; sinks and the exterior of refrigerators are to be cleaned in lunchroom areas. The washing of silverware, pots, pans, and dishes is not included in this proposal, nor is the emptying and cleaning of coffeepots.

Restroom Cleaning

Lobby, Teller Area, ATM and Kitchen Cleaning

• Empty all waste cans.
• Replace liners as needed to keep your areas clean.
• Spot clean front glass doors and glass on Tellers Row (If applicable).
• Interior and exterior surfaces of all wastebaskets will be damp wiped as needed in order to maintain in a presentable condition.
• Sweep and dust mop flooring followed by wet moping with eco-friendly cleaning solution.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas of offices, cubicles, and lobby.
• Wipe desks using Micro-fiber towels and high dust as needed.
• Fingerprints and smudges will be removed from desktops and conference room tables.
• Counter and tabletops are to be damp wiped; sinks and the exterior of refrigerators are to be cleaned in lunchroom areas. The washing of silverware, pots, pans, and dishes is not included in this proposal, nor is the emptying and cleaning of coffeepots.

We also use microfiber dusting tools that grab dust instead of pushing on top of other surfaces. Microfiber is an extremely effective cleaning material that removes dust, allergens, and bacteria from surfaces without using chemicals, as compared to cotton rags and paper towels that merely push dirt instead of capturing it. Microfiber is non-abrasive, can hold seven times its weight in liquids, and is safe to use on a variety of surfaces. It is also very durable and can be washed 300 to 500 times.
